They are designed to make sure our actions, decisions and culture are always aligned to the company’s values. All permanent, temporary employees, contractors, directors and office-holders must comply with the governance policies and standards, along with laws relevant to their work.
The policies define our expectations and provide guidance about how to apply our values. In situations where there is no guidance, supporting documents or relevant law, employees are expected to use sensible judgement. Any behaviour that is in breach of the law, our Code of Conduct or our policies must be reported to a supervisor or manager.
